Duitsland

Germany

Vanaf begin 2021 gebruikt de Deutsche Post alleen blauwe stempels ipv. gebruikelijke zwarte stempels. De reden hiervoor was dat de blauwe stempelinkt beter afdrukt en te herkennen is. Er waren al eerder testen met de blauwe machinestempels gedaan. Gelukkig worden er regelmatig bijzondere stempels gebruikt, zij met blauwe inkt. Die stempels hebben er vaste 5 vormen: rond, ovaal, rechthoekig, zeskant en wapenvorm.

From the beginning of 2021, Deutsche Post will only use blue postmarks instead of. usual black postmarks. The reason for this was that the blue stamp ink prints better and is recognizable. Tests had already been done with the blue machine postmarks. Fortunately, special postmarks are regularly used, they with blue ink. These stamps have fixed 5 shapes: round, oval, rectangular, hexagonal and weapon shape.

 

Eind 2021 worden er alleen postzegels verkocht met witte rand met kleine QR-code. Oudere postzegels met Euro-aanduiding blijven nog geldig.

At the end of 2021, only stamps with a white border with a small QR code will be sold. Older stamps with Euro designation remain valid.

Polen

Poland

Polen is nog steeds heel interessant op filatelisch gebied. Alleen worden er bijna geen zegels met gravure druk meer uitgegeven in tegenstelling tot Frankrijk waar er een jonge generatie gravureerders opgeleid wordt. Er worden nu minder aanstekenstickers uitgegeven naar aanleiding van de filatelische evenmenten, zij in beperkte oplage van 100 tot 200 stuks. 

Poland is still very interesting in the philatelic field. However, almost no stamps with engraving print are issued anymore, in contrast to France where a young generation of engravers is being trained. Fewer registered labels are now issued as a result of the philatelic events, they in a limited edition of 100 to 200 pieces.

Wat de stempelgebied betreft worden er veel bijzondere stempels gebruikt bij allerlei soorten gelegenheden. Er worden ook tijdelijke filatelieloketstempels gebruikt variërend van half jaar tot 1 jaar.

As far as the postmarks area is concerned, many special postmarks are used on all kinds of occasions. Temporary philately counter postmarks are also used ranging from six months to 1 year.

Er worden regelmatig bijzondere postvervoer gebruikt zoals old timer auto of bus, trein, motor, vliegtuig, fiets of te voet door de scouting. Daar krijgt men aparte stempel in kleur en gewone aankomststempel.

Special mail transport is regularly used such as old timer car or bus, train, motorcycle, plane, bicycle or on foot by the scouting. There you get a separate stamp in color and regular arrival postmark.

Oostenrijk

Hetzelfde verhaal net als Polen, ook bijna geen postzegels meer met gravuredruk. Sinds de invoering van euro's ging het bergafwaarts. Vóór de euro's waren de gegraveerde postzegels echt juweeltjes met veel details. Alleen de stempeltraditie is overeind gebleven. Als je interesse hebt, ga naar http://www.post.at kies het menu Philatelie vervolgens Philatlie News. Daar vind je nieuwste postzegeluitgiften en stempelnieuws. Er zijn ook filatelieloketstempels in Philatelieshops in Wenen, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbrück, Graz en Klagenfurt. Bij de Phila Punkte in kleinere steden krijg je alleen gewone stempel. Vaste stempeltradities rond de kerstmis bestaan nog steeds zoals Christkindl of Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht, daar staan ze ook in de Phila News. Ook worden er af en toe speciale aantekenstickers vermeld.

Liechtenstein

Praktisch worden er postzegels uitgegeven met gewone offsetdruk. Er worden meer postzegels uitgegeven in zo'n piepklein landje om de staatskas te vullen. Vele mooie postzegels vóór 1992 kan men niet meer gebruiken bij het verzenden van de post alhoewel die in Zwiterse Franken zijn, in tegenstelling tot Zwitserland. Ook het aantal postkantoren is minder geworden. Vroeger had elk postkantoor "Werbedatumstempel" gewone stempel met motief van de betreffende plaats. Slechts enkele postkantoren gebruiken die nog. In Vaduz, de hoofdstad helemaal niet. 

Practically, stamps are issued with ordinary offset printing. More stamps are issued in such a tiny country to fill the state coffers. Many beautiful stamps before 1992 can no longer be used when sending the mail, although they are in Swiss Francs, unlike Switzerland. The number of post offices has also decreased. In the past, every post office had "Werbedatumstempel" ordinary postmark with motif of the place in question. Only a few post offices still use them. In Vaduz, the capital not at all.

Tsjechië

Czech Republic

Een van mijn favoriete verzamelgebied, er werden prachtige postzegels uitgegeven met gravuredruk. Tegenwoordig is het wat minder geworden. Stempeltraditie evenals bijzondere aantekenstroken zijn volop in gebruik. Ook zijn er filatelieloketstempels bij de grotere postkantoren in de steden. Men herkent gewone stempel met motief onderaan, bv. wapen van de betreffende stad. Verder kan men aparte datumstempel verkrijgen bij de Prager Burcht (Prazsky Hrad). Wat de aanteken stickers zijn er twee soorten te onderscheiden: kleinere gele sticker APOST met vermelding bovenaan en grotere witte sticker met vermelding onderaan. One of my favorite collection areas, beautiful stamps were issued with engraving. Nowadays it has become a bit less. Postmarks tradition as well as special registered labels are in full use. There are also philately counter postmarks at the larger post offices in the cities. One recognizes ordinary postmark with motif at the bottom, e.g. coat of arms of the city in question. Furthermore, a separate date postmark can be obtained at the Prager Castle (Prazsky Hrad). As for the registered labels, there are two types: smaller yellow label APOST with indication at the top and larger white label with indication at the bottom. Let wel op de juiste porto want de prijzen stijgen sneller jaarlijks. Was het in 2020 33 Kronen daarna was het 36 Kronen in 2021. Postzegels met letter E (voor binnen Europa) zijn steeds geldig.

Zwitserland geeft mooie postzegels uit meestal in gewone druk. Maar filatelieloketstempels worden steeds zeldzamer. Vroeger had elk postkantoor een eigen datumstempel met motief van de betreffende plaats. Tegenwoordig worden de kleine postkantoren vervangen door de postagentschappen binnen in b.v. supermarkt. Daar krijgt men gewone saaie datumstempel. Loop beter bij het hoofdpostkantoren in de grote steden binnen, meestal vlakbij het centraal station. Wanneer je aan de beurt bent, kies de loket met postzegelverkoop uit en vraag om Werbedatumstempel.

There one gets ordinary boring date postmark. It is better to walk into the main post offices in the big cities, usually near the central station. When it's your turn, choose the counter with stamp sales and ask for Werbedatumstempel.

Let op, sommige poststukken worden nog eens gestempeld met machinestempel. Laat de loketist de Werbedatumstempel juist net onder de zegels plaatsen zodat het niet overgestempeld wordt met machinestempel. Dan blijft de Werbedatumstempel herkenbaar. Zin in extra informatie? Ga naar http://www.post.ch in het Engels, Duits, Frans of Italiaans. Ga naar Standorte, vervolgens daarna naar Briefmarken und Philatelie. Tenslotte klik dan op Briefmarken sammeln. Daar vindt men tijdschriften "Lupe" met nieuwste postzegeluitgiften, PhilaNews met stempelnieuws. Ook staan er 6 Briefmarkentheke in grote steden, filatelieloketten dus.

Tips voor mooie stempelafdruk

Tips for beautiful stamp printing

Koop in voorkeur lichtkleurige postzegels, vooral zoveel met witte randen. Als het niet kan, laat men net naast of onder de postzegels stempelen. Liefst 2 postzegels, eentje in de linksboven of linksonder hoek en eentje in de rechterhoek van de brief of kaart om te voorkomen dat de gewenste stempel overgestempeld wordt door de machinestempel. Geef het in voorkeur met potlood gemarkeerde plaatsen waar men de stempel wilt hebben. Na de ontvangst de potloodafdruk weg gummen, violà een mooie stempelafdruk.

Preferably buy light-colored stamps, especially many with white edges. If it is not possible, one has stamped just next to or under the stamps. Preferably 2 stamps, one in the top left or bottom left corner and one in the right corner of the letter or card to prevent the desired postmark from being stamped by the machine postmark. Give it preferably pencil marked places where one wants to have the postmark. After receiving the pencil print erase, violà a beautiful postmark print.
